Artisan Cheeses

All our artisan cheeses are made from Working Cows Dairy USDA Organic, Grade A Whole Milk. They are made here on the farm by award-winning cheesemaker Rinske De Jong using only the purest ingredients. These Farmstead and Gouda cheeses are aged at least 60 days, though often much longer, as the flavor continues to improve.
