Aged for over 60 days, our award-winning Farmstead Cheese is made here on the farm using our USDA Organic whole milk from cows who spend their entire lives grazing on green pastures in southeastern Alabama. Farmstead cheese is a versatile ingredient that will keep for months when properly stored, as the flavors continue to develop.
