Aged for over 60 days, our award-winning Farmstead cheese is made using the USDA Organic whole milk from cows who spend their entire lives grazing on green pastures in southeastern Alabama. Farmstead cheese is a versatile ingredient that will keep for months when properly stored, as the flavors continue to develop.

Ingredients: Our USDA Organic Pasteurized Grass-fed milk, culture, non-GMO vegetable rennet, and salt.
