Wiregrass is in honor of unique region of Alabama we call home and ‘Tsiis’ is pronouced ‘Cheese’ in our native language Frisian. Our award-winning farmstead cheese is flavored with a traditional Dutch blend of chives, parsley, onion, and garlic. Made of Certified Grass Fed, Organic whole milk from cows who spend their entire lives outdoors grazing our green pastures in southeastern Alabama. Farmstead cheese is a versatile ingredient that will keep for months when properly stored, as the flavors continue to develop.
Ingredients: Pasteurized USDA Organic grass-fed milk, culture, non-GMO vegetable rennet, non-GMO chive, parsley, onion, and garlic blend.
