Aged for over 60 days, this is our award-winning farmstead cheese infused with garlic and tomatoes which give it quite a zing! Made on our family dairy farm from the milk of cows who spend their entire lives grazing our certified organic pastures.
Ingredients: Pasteurized USDA Organic grass-fed milk, culture, vegetable rennet, imported non-GMO dried paprika, tomato, basil, thyme, pepper, garlic & onion blend.
