Our award winning organic butter is made here on the farm with Working Cows Dairy Grade A Heavy Cream from cows who spend their lives grazing on green pastures. Grass-fed butter has a deep yellow color from naturally high levels of the antioxidant beta-carotene, which are turned into retinol Vitamin A1. Our butter develops a complex flavor that varies slightly by season depending on which native grasses our herd is currently grazing.
