Since January 2020, wheels of our Aged Farmstead Cheese have been developing a sharper flavor and firmer texture in our temperature and humity controlled aging room. Aged Farmstead Cheese is a versatile ingredient that will keep for months when properly stored, as the flavors continue to develop.
Ingredients: Our USDA Organic Pasteurized Grass-fed milk, culture, non-GMO vegetable rennet, and salt.

Texture: Semi-Firm with visible cheese curds. Creamy & smooth on the palate.
Taste: Sharp, Buttery, & lingering Nutty flavor
